The contract

When you have decided to accept the valuation and sell your house to Freedom Property, we will ask you to sign a contract. This will cover the details of the sale and is prepared by a solicitor. If you wish, you can ask your own solicitor to go through the contract, or we can recommend someone who can help you.

Payment and transfer of property

Once the contracts have been completed, you will receive your cash payment and ownership of the property will pass to Freedom Property. You may, however, stay in your home by entering into our rent-back agreement. This simply saves you the pain and stress of moving house by offering to rent it to you at a fair market rate. You don't have the costs or worry of packing up and moving out.
